oday, we dive into history at Thingvellir National Park, the site of Iceland’s ancient parliament and a geological wonder where the Eurasian and North American tectonic plates meet.
We’ll then head to the Geysir geothermal area to witness the thrilling eruptions of Strokkur geyser, followed by a visit to the majestic Gullfoss waterfall, where you’ll feel the mist from the powerful cascade.
For lunch, we’ll visit the unique Friðheimar tomato farm, dining amidst the greenhouses on delicious tomato-based dishes. We’ll also stop at a hot spring bakery for a special treat. The day ends back in Reykjavik, where you’ll have time to relax and reflect on the day’s adventures.
